Haircut

I desperately need a haircut, but i have nooo idea what i want to do with it.
Can someone give me some good websites please, to give me some ideas?

I don't have any decent pictures of it, but at the moment it's pretty crap.
It's about shoulder length with a few layers & a fringe. I always tie it up because i'm too lazy to straighten it & if i don't it goes all puffy

That would be good, but i'm mostly so lazy with it because i know even if i do straighten it, it will still look shit. If I know that it will look good straightened I will have the encouragment I need to stop being such a lazy shit & do my hair properly.
