I dont have it yet, they're making it.

It's a victorian long line cut.. with black kind of ribon and small ruffles at the top.. and plain bindnig on the bottom. Very dark midnight blue/purple with black binding. It will be beautiful, Im so exciteeddddd.

I like them a bit, not at all something i'd run around in. i'd like to have one though to use, um, as a corset ie underneath my clothes if i ever get around to wearing dresses etc. The way i dress at the moment is as far from corsets as possible i'd say.
I found this tutorial the other day, it's really good. I'd like to start making them cause they sell for a lot.

i think its butterick that do two sets of nice classic victorian corsets, I've made mock ups of one of them it turned out pretty well. The sewing isnt that hard but the adjusting for size is and you just have to be really exact.. its more time consuming than anything.

i have two, but i never wear them. 1 is a black satin vollers and it really is too big..my natural waist is 25", and it cinches to 24", not much point really
the other is a peachy-pink long-line corset, even though i only wear it to try on

i own one outer-wear one currently made for tightlacing. am waiting until the new year to buy more corsets as i need to acquire one or two waist-training ones for under clothing and i've not the cash now, what with christmas coming and needing to make a trip up to my family's house for it.

but anyhow, yes, i like them and wear them!

I bought my first (proper) corset just over a week ago from Fairy Gothmother at the SkinTwo Expo. its just a plain black overbust but i love it. ive been wearing it loads recently to get used to it. my friend and i are hopefully going to start making some ourselves. Ive made a latex corset for a final project at college which was quite fun to wear
