House of Dereon - YUCK

I can't speak for the clothes because I've never seen them, but I was browsing through my september issue of Vogue and I came across two adds for Beyonce's "couture" line and it just ruined the whole magazine.

The pictures are beyond tacky and cheesy. I can't stand them. They are proud, forced, prepotent and utterly ridiculous. The picture of the grand mother and her mother faux fixing her dress, I mean could it be more forced and contrived???

as a publicity campaing, on a scale from 1 to 10 I give it a -210.

yeah i dont like it either. and im not one of those people who is cateogrically against all celebrity clothing lines....... ive seen some LAMB and j.lo stuff that i actually really loved.

house of dereon, its seriosuly lacking a boldness, or any kind of distinction. its boring and third rate, theres no theme, its random half-assed copying. even the logo makes me think of some random silicon valley upstart. and the prices!?? at least i can get a j.lo sweater for 39$ thats a decent stella knockoff if i so pleased.

wtf is this
