clothing production and design interview

i've spent the first four years out of highschool working dead end jobs and getting the party hard lifestyle out of my system and really want to make and sell clothes for a living, preferably out of recycled/eco friendly fabrics. i don't want to be rich, just comfortable, so that's why i've applied to do clothing production and design at school next year.
my interview is at the end of the month and i have to submit three pieces... i have to kind of show off everything i can do in these three pieces and i'm feeling uninspired. i've got a great machine, a middle of the range overlocker and a shitload of different fabrics at my disposal... this wasn't a whim decision, it's something i've been interested in for a long time.
i was just wondering if you guys would be able to post some clothing websites that might inspire me? i'm looking for creative, outside the box, perhaps complicated items of clothing, i'd prefer men's clothing, seeing as that's what i kind of want to start on.
any help would be much appreciated.

also, do you think it would be wise or unwise to have a theme with my pieces... i was thinking oriental because it's so diverse... but maybe a theme might be limiting...

I would never imagine there to be a pattern for a Galliano, that's amazing.
