i am wondering if anybody knows where i can find a nice peacoat. im a male (yes i know, a male posting in the fashion thread, crazy stuff lol) and im looking for a regular black pea coat with buttons. i can never find a decently priced one in my size. i like j crew's jackets but they never seem to fit and im not going to pay all that money, plus money to get it tailored.

any suggestions?

Those coats are nice but $500??? If J.Crew is too expensive, I doubt the original poster is willing to pay $500.

Cant help you with finding one, as I bought mine at a local department store, but I just want to say I love peacoats.

urban outfitters has a nice selection on pea coats this year, i saw a few good ones in the stores, then tried to find them on thier website and i didnt see them..so u might have to visit the acutal store. and i got a super fuckin cheap one and forever 21..lol..i hate most of the clothes their, cuz they are cheap quality..but this pea coat was nice..and wasnt cheap material...and it beats the shit outta paying 600 bucks for one..i got mine for 30 or so. but i do own some expensive pea coats..and they are wayyy over-rated.
