some of you people did really not read the first post.

another thing i dislike is wearing your hair draped over one of your shoulders. like in a cheesy yearbook picture, only all the time. not that many people do it, but those who do should be tarred and feathered.

I'd forgotten wedges...I keep seeing shoes from the front and thinking "ooh, these are nice", then turning to the side and seeing those great big horrible clumping wedges. I really don't like them...

It's always the really hideous women who wear t shirts saying "sexy" or "baby doll". And they always ride up so you can see their fat bellies or love handles...eeeugh. They feel some kind of need to assert themselves like this, perhaps because they know that they're really ugly.

I don't believe that these were ever in fashion, though...I agree with this -

those tshirts with the stupid phrases on them like "stop look at my chest" or " I <3 NERDS"

i don't think those are trendy... but yeah. i hate those.

and when girls wear oversized shirts but tie it up at the back. just wear a fitted shirt!

I saw a cubby woman wearing black pumps that did not even fit her, with socks and a gold little anklet that looked like it would break any minute. That was sick!
Girls who wear dirty hair accesories, I see it all the fucking time!
Shirts that say stupid things like, " I kissed the lead singer" or "princess"
When your panty lines show.
Like some of you said the whole straight hair thing.
Also when girls (or boys now) wear jeans 3 sizes to big.

It's more that my cords are old and worn and I can't be bothered to buy a bunch of new pairs, combined with a desire to make my patterned pants part of the style.

Hair that is straightened to within an inch of its life is awful. So flat, lifeless and unnatural. I don't understand why people want to do this - anything that sizzles as you do it cannot be good for your hair! Though I'm not exactly kind to my own hair, I have it up most of the time; not doing it any good.

Ok, i have a lot of minute fashion pet peeves

I tend to hate when people wear scarves (and bandanas, ew) in their hair. I'm sorry, but it usually looks overly matchy and pathetic/high school to me.
I think I've seen some super models pull it off, but even then...

Excessive whiskering and fading on jeans...especially on the chubbier people.. not flattering at all.. avoid if fat!

Asymmetrical mullets and assorted avant-garde emo haircuts... generally repulsive on people, they look contrived and stupid. Unless you hate your face so badly that you'd like your hair to be the only thing people notice about you, I would say they usually look like cases of the "haircut wearing the person" and not a person wearing a nice haircut. I always enjoy people who have beautiful haircuts that suit THEIR particular face and body, not their musical tastes.. but whatever.

Sparkly and overly decorative chandelier earrings have to go as well... they are tawdry. As are those faux mod black and white plastic earrings or "innovative" square plastic bracelets.

Strappy sundresses on girls with no chest at all.. kind of scary.

And the last one for now: Tight pants that hug the entire leg on people with wide hips or bums. It's a common misconception that they make you look thinner, instead it just makes you look pear shaped with thin ankles. Not good. Straight legged jeans/pants are sooo much more classy and flattering.

Skinny straight legged trousers with flat shoes is just gross.
Skinny jeans with heels can be pretty though, yet I refuse to buy any.
Trends in general are ick.

i think shorts are fine, especially when you live in 100 degree weather.

- that being said, boy shorts on girls never look good unless you're a lesbian who already looks like a boy.
- drastically two-tone hair. like when all one section of it is one color and the other is a different single color.
- sports jerseys
- guys with no sleeves
- most hats

I think I'm the only person that thinks this, but I REALLY DETEST converse chucks/high tops/whatever they're called now... on every other fucker. I liked when they weren't "fashionable" to the point of over-saturation. Wearing them does not a badarse make.

Halloween will become famous soon enough
The Rock T-Shirt. I see this bullshit everywhere. David Bowie, the Stones, the Ramones (let them capitalize on it; they suck anyway), Led Zeppelin, AC/DC. I once saw a girl with this dumb Jimi Hendrix one from Delia's on and I asked her to name one song, and she obviously had no clue who Hendrix actually was, but she had heard the name. I think they should make Patti Smith and Frank Zappa shirts and see if those little fuckers lap them up like cream out of a saucer. (chances are I would buy the entire stock of those anyway.)
