Simple, well fitting dresses will just not look right on me, she'll think I am ill or something! |

| | | those dresses are lovely, esp. the one black mambo quoted. and if brides were worried that people would out dress them, the bridesmaid dress industry would be out of business.
p.s. other person having a wedding, congrats. a stretch vw beetle? link? i cannot picture this for the life of me! |

| | | i don't think the style of the dress is too outrageous just be careful choosing colours, as others have said the mostly white one mightn't be a good idea. |

I love the turquiose one. It might be a little bit loud, though. | Wowwww...this is gorgeous. Out of the other three, I preferred the red and white one though I don't know anything about dressing for weddings and people are saying that red and white might not be appropriate. But it's not like it looks remotely like a wedding dress so I don't see how this one could be a problem.
I really love rockabilly style - you don't see many girls who can really pull it off or many who dare to go the whole way with it, which is why it's kind of different. Well, it might just seem that way to me because I'm from a small town, but I was awestruck by some rockabilly girls I saw at the Bullring in Birmingham a few months ago.
This green satin one is a nice colour; they're all a beautiful shape. I'd really like one but I have no idea when I'd wear it...they're not exactly expensive, much cheaper than I'd expected, so that might help in justifying buying one. I'm jealous that you have a reason to buy a cool dress, carol-ann. My advice on choosing a colour would depend on what colour your hair is by the time of the wedding...is it blonde right now? Will it still be blonde?
EDIT:
Not for a wedding, but wow wow wow wow. There are so many cool dresses on the pin up girl site.

Reminds me of all the cool "make yourself at home. Clean my kitchen!" fridge magnets which are all over the south of england (probably the world) right now.
I have the most amazing dress by 'Get Cutie' and I have to say 'my dress is the prettiest' it's not often I find a thread and look at gorgeous dresses and think me's got better. mwahaHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!! |
