can anybody help me? i sold a coach handbag on ebay last night and the idiot that i am put Shout stain remover on this teeny tiny mark on the from for the bag (the leather strip) and now there is a huge stain. does anybody know how to get rid of it?? i tried googleing but i can't find out how to get out a stain CAUSED by a stain remover. please help!?

what do you mean? can you post a pic of what the stain looks like/where it is?

i don;t know a lot about leather, which i imagine is far more complicated than cloth
but i do know that on one of my shout spray bottles it had said if you have a stain caused by the remover you are supposed to respray the entire item and wash it again
i am guessing with leather you are only spot cleaning and can;t wash it
i hate to say it but i think you may be screwed
you should probably fess up to the person and maybe show them a pic and offer it at a lower price
unless you want your rating to go down when you rip them off
