i have 'period pants', pants that are a bit old and i don't mind getting stained.

tampons and hot water bottles are a girls best friend.

Has anyone tried those heat patches for period pain?

I was tempted but they were a fiver so..

Aha but you can't strap a hot water bottle to yourself at work or whatever. Those patches sound great...on the adverts. I don't know anyone who wears them for real, though

YES. they really work well and stay put all day. the one i used was only meant to last 8 hours but it lasted 15 hours! really worth the money.

i really don't have any. I am on my period (during the heaviest part right now) and today I wore pretty tight straight jeans and a tight grey top...

I wear what I'd normally wear. I don't ever wear white trousers/skirts or anything so it's not really a problem, especially with tampons.

Unfortunately, bloating means no tight clothing.
And I swear by tampons, but my flow is all like GUSHHH, so leaks definitely happen, no matter the absorbancy.

I usually wear dark sweatpants, baggy jeans, or long skirts.
And tank tops, because sore boobs don't like bras.

i have such a heavy flow it sucks so much i wear super plus tampons and i still leak alot so i have to wear extra absorbent super pads with wings. i also have to take aleve because sometimes my cramps get so bad i pass out. the week when im pmsing i am worlds biggest bitch and i choose one person to hate and make their life hell. i am only 15 i am too young for this!!

i wear dark blue baggy pants because i have a uniform and yes i leak so thank god for dark colors.

I have a pair of pants that are one size too big for me, and are cut superlow.
I like the superlow part because I always bloat in an odd way and its much more comfortable.
And hopefully its chilly out so I can wear a sweatshirt to hide my period gut.

I like to wear looser trousers because I get a bloated tummy. I like to be comfortable during my period because lets face it its bad enough as it is having to bleed every month.

God I love my periods, barely any bloating no period pain and a flow that is really light and lasts for four days, three if I'm lucky....I can wear whatever I want.

I wear my usual clothes when the painters are in. I don't suffer from any serious bloating and I've never been the type to often wear pale trousers & thongs.

have you ever talked to a doctor about going on the pill? if your flow is that bad you should definately look into it.

i know my mother says it runs in the family but i want to do something about it, i am too young to have such a bad flow and it makes me completely miserable for about a week and a half.
