| | | If you're going on a plane I recommend taking an Evian Spray Brumisateur, it hydrates your skin so the recycled air doesn't dry it out. I usually buy mine from the airport beforeheand. |

| | | Belgium has really weird weather these days! It sucks. Bring both light clothing and warmer outfits (not too warm, it's not freezing, but have a sweater and a light jacket). And don't forget your umbrella! |

Do lower maintenance makeup/beauty since you won't want to touch up all the time. Some mascara, tinted balm or gloss, tinted moisturizer (use SPF if you're outside), and just a little blush and/or eyeshadow if you want. Bring simple skincare, no intensive treatments -- stuff can spill on planes, and you don't want your skin being sensitive or reacting badly to something. |

On my flight from Vancouver (Canada) to Austria I wasn't allowed liquids, even on the return flight.....I wouldn't think they'd be allowed, even if it was water. |

No liquids, gels or deoderant. At the airport in Florida when you bought a bottle of water/pop/juice from the airport you had to take off the cap and throw it into a bin before you were allowed to leave the area where you bought it. |

This is all recent because of the liquid bomb scare in London.
It happened just a couple of weeks ago. Maybe a month or so? |

It really is.
For a while, they said no ChapStick. I almost cried because flights are so dry and my lips crack and bleed in an instant.
Funny thing is, they're allowing baby formula, which is what the people tried to use as a bomb. But. I guess it's hard to explain to an infant why he or she can't be fed on their 18 hour flight to New Zealand. |

They took my Bettie Page lighter in Mexico.
Bitch couldn't speak English, but had enough nerve to wave it in my face and then chuck it in the bin. I literally screamed.
It was in my checked bagage too. How the hell could I access it from the cabin? It's such complete bullshit. |
