also, and maybe this is just me, but if you do regular laundry, why WOULDNT you throw them in there? That just leads me to think that you DONT do regualr laundry, which would mean that yes, you do have bad hygiene.

Yep, that's very true. Especially ones that are more than one layer of fabric. I spent $30 on a decent bra from VS, it was killer, until the inner layer of fabric shrunk faster than the outer, now I need another one to replace it. I'm thinking of only washing by hand.

I actually throw my bras in a pillowcase and tie the pillow case closed. And throw it in the washer when I do a delicate wash. Works good, no stretching/tearing/etc. Then hang dry.

I have maybe 6 or 7 bras that I wear regularly. It depends on what I'm wearing each day, obviously, but on average I probably wear them 3 or 4 times before washing. Probably not 4 days in succession though - like I'll wear a black one for a couple of days, and then I'll wear a pale one because I'm wearing a pale top, and then the next day I might go back to the black one, etc.

Unless it's the height of summer or I've been sweating a lot for some reason - then I'll wash them after each wear.

Yeah I do that. I HATE hand-washing things.

Anyway, answering the question of the thread; I alternate between 3 or 4 per week then wash all of them except the one i'm wearing, which will be washed the next time.

I wear a different one each day but I go to the gym everyday in the bra, so I couldn't really wear it again.

i change every 3 days.

i go weeks and probably months without washing my bra. its hard for me to find a comfortable one and when i do, i wear it for awhile. i dont think its gross at all. i never sweat and it doesnt smell. and the hassle of having to wash it at night because you wear it all day and sometimes its like 10pm at night when you take it off. yea i dont want to do laundry then.

but underwear and discharge? yea thats fucking gross. any girl who says they dont get a little discharge daily is a liar. i would never wear the same panties in a row.

A week if its friggin' cold, after 2-3 days if its hot.
I dont really keep track, I take it off before I go sleep and I pick it up again the next morning and if it passes the smell test I'll wear it again.
