Linens??

I'm having major issues finding a duvet cover. I need something dark, grey, charcoal, black, or something in a dark purple to go with my master bedroom.

any ideas where to shop???

Whereabouts are you? I get all my bedsheets from the Argos catalogue, you can pick up whole sets really cheap and they do quite a lot of basic colours that you can mix and match.

checked them today but they don't have a big selection of solid colours.

right now I'm thinking Ikea.

-Ikea - sometimes they have horrid duvets, sometimes great ones. Hit & Miss. I was just there, and only glanced, but they seem to have some cool ones in stock currently. I got a really cool purple one, I also got the same one in red too.
-Bed Bath & Beyond
-JC Penny - online seems to have more than the stores
-Overstock.com

I second this one...the one I just went to had tons of them, and some on clearance too. Solid colors should not be a problem.

If you're in the states then try TJ Maxx, I got my sheet set there for $30, I don't remember the thread count but I know it was over 300. The store can be hit or miss, sometimes they have a big selection, sometimes not; but I'd try there before bed bath and beyond, you might save some money.

if you are in Canada go to Designer Depot, Home Outfitters or Home Sense.

You get designer sheets for cheap

I bought my sheets at john lewis, wasn't impressed with their range of duvet covers, the nice ones were retardedly expensive.

I'm half tempted to make my own. SO tempted to buy a solid colour and have it silk screen printed. Or have one custom made back home by http://www.peachberserk.com

LOVE Zaras, but the sizing's wonky.

I think my solution is Ikea, I'm going tomorrow night and will report back.

I have blisters from all the wandering I did yesterday. They had some nice things but not for the bedroom.

I will however be going back for kitchen stuff when my renovations are done.

I'm more likely to be found in soho than my mike. besides which he has band practice tonight so I think we're safe.
