Sorry, made a mistake - it's actually the Susan Wilson book (i forgot the author so looked it up on Amazon - i wasn't aware there were two Hole books with the same title). If you're still interested how does £5 sound (costs £10 new on Amazon)? Shipping would be about £2.50.
