autumn fitness goals

I'm running my first 5K in late October. I start my 10 week training today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What are you planning on doing as summer ends and fall begins?

Hi, geek. I'm sure you'll be in here.

Uhmm well I just got back from a vacation with my best friend.
All we did was eat fancy and lay on the beach.
I may be tan, but Im fat.

I plan on eating fruits and crackers for 2 weeks.
Then swimming and walking everyday.

i've been so desperate to start running again. unfortuantely i'm broke as fuck so i dont have the moola to buy some trainers. my brother works at jjb, the sports store, so i might get a discount on top of the sale price. maybe, i dont know.

but yeah, i seriously want to run. i used to be great at 100m and always come first. but that was like when i was 16, two years ago. i'm very quick and i want to get that fitness back. but right now, as far as running goes my body is fucked. i probably cant even do 30 seconds.

but come next year, i want to be a fucking running unstoppable robot machine thingy. hopefully, i'll start running when i go to uni because i think i may be leaving my bike at home. i'm worried about my knees though.

I want to start running again too. I used to love it but I always quit. My goal is to get to where I can run 3 miles easily and comfortably again, then start some kind of training program for a 10k or even half marathon. It's so annoying, you think you're in good shape because you can do the elliptical for an hour and feel fine, but then you try to run and your lungs burn.

nothing complicated this time, just two simple goals:

get my ass back in muay thai classes. i've been telling myself "next week" for 6 months now, time to actually attend the classes i'm paying for. new beginner classes start this week, and i intend to be there.

avoid binge eating and insane eating plans. someone needs to tell my brain that there is this big area inbetween all and nothing and that there be no dragons there.
