Health Store Food

I'm very interested in starting to try to eat healthier.. I'm interested in starting to buy my groceries from a Health Food Store. I've tried the SPIRU-TEIN Shakes and I really liked them. I started at 230lbs in January and right now I'm 150lbs. To lose the weight I did lots of fasting with Hollywood Diet drinks, I didn't eat much I just used a lot of Slimfast products and I took lots and lots of diet pills.. didn't exercise at all really. I'm finally down to a weight that makes me feel.. decent, atlesat. but I really want to get down to 130lbs which is the healthy weight for a 5'6 male.. and I'd like to get a bit thinner than that too eventually. Just until I feel like I look my best.. but anyway I'm so happy that I'm starting to try to eat healthier and everyting. I can't spend alot of money on groceries because these are all just for me because my family doesn't eat healthy food at all.

Before all I really had was slimfast shakes and bars.. now I went grocery shopping today for my new food plan and I think it's pretty good for someone on a budget and everything.

Morning: Special K Cereal or Bar
Afternoon: Slimfast Shake or Bar
Evening: Lean Cuisine/Healthy Choice/Smart Ones frozen meal
Beverages: Diet V8 Splash, Crystal Light, Light Silk for Cereal/Shakes

I know it's not super healthy but it's a lot better than when I used to eat everything in sight and it's better than not eating at all. Compared to EVERYONE else I know around my age it's very healthy I believe and like I said I don't have a lot of money to spend but I try to work with what I have.

So yes, that's my daily food plan. I think it's pretty good and when you add exercise, expensive diet pills, colon cleanses, detoxes & all that good stuff.. I think I'll defintly lose weight. What do you think? I lost all that weight before with no exercise at all but now I'm exercising so much and I have so many diet supplements and everything. And I really do like my food plan.. it's very organized and easy to maintain and it makes sure I don't go 1000 calories. And that's good for losing weight, right? I don't have the time to look up on fruit and shit and make organized eating plans, I just don't know about that stuff. So it's either this or don't eat at all. I don't know, I just bought lowfat/lowcalorie diet food and I don't know what else to do. So someone help me out.. I'm sick of not eating and fasting and taking so many diet pills and always feeling like shit. I just want to be able to eat and still lose weight.

i know painted rose. i was just trying to solve a problem for you.

do you eat apples? my understanding is that if you are serious about weight loss you should try and eat one apple per day. but no more than that.
