grill roma tomatos (cut them lengthways.)
cook spinach fettucine - once cooked drizzle it with some oil to keep it from sticking.
fry bacon until crisp (little pieces)
stir in Ricotta, bacon and tomatoes into the fettucine.

serve with white wine and crusty bread.
YUM.
