| | | I just started yasmin and now all I want to eat... ...is cheesy, gooey italian and Mexican foods. I've been getting them in the form of lean cuisines and cedarlane organic meals, so give me good, somewhat healthy mexican and italian recipes.
The good news is I have a pan of cream cheese brownies I haven't touched in days due to the bizarre absence of my sweet tooth so maybe I won't blow up and get fat. |

Yasmin is birth control, technically it's for my skin, and to regulate periods (my cycle is completely random, 3-5 weeks, which isn't very convenient). It has some anti-androgen chemical that is supposed to reduce the "male" hormones in your body that lead to acne. |

i have a really random cycle too, i didnt know it was a serious enough thing to warrant a drug remedy like that... i always figured if i get it on a semi-regular basis, im ok... |

My main reason for going on it was that I get PMS acne. And I'm in a long distance relationship now but by summer hopefully I'll need to be on the pill anyways. |

I'm more sure about my repulsion to other foods I used to eat all the time being because of it. Things like brownies, I used to want all the time, and I just threw out half a pan of them (when I used to have to discipline myself from eating the whole pan in two days) because the thought of eating them made me nauseous. And I haven't been craving desserts, where I used to all the time. |
