| | Lamb Rogan Josh! Yum! I got connections so I get to have home cooked indian meal
Kazakhstan - Plov, best stuff ever. Beef, rice, veggies cooked in layers. Traditions and culture are just as intriguing.
Georgian (the country not a state you helmet) Shish kebab, with some authentic vine or cognac. Lordy...
Vietnamese. Love broken rice and besides soon I will be intimately familiar with that kitchen
Real southern BBQ with hot souse and cole slaw on a side
Russian - one word. Pelmeni! My grandma makes the best ones and my mom makes awesome Borsh.
Italian - A good pasta with authentic and freshly cooked souse, garlic bread, vine and some Brooktalano conversation. Belesimo!
Brazilian - There is a nice restaurant in this town. Love the sea weed.
Mexican - getting tired of it really, just cooked some stake fajitas... perhaps I suck but I know a good trick on heating up tortillas.
Chinese - it's more like fast food here... love boneless spare ribs.
Japanese - Sushi is all I've had and I'm not to crazy about it. Sake is good stuff though. |

japanese-some sort of cracker my friend has at her house, i have no idea what it's called though.
korean-ramyun, or however you spell it. it's the original/korean version of ramen-and its a million times better than the american one. kimchi is good too.
mexican-empanadas and soft shell tacos
italian-wow. where to start?! everything! except for Braciole, my nonna makes that for me and i cannot stand it.
greek-gyros. do things from greek diners count? |
