Binge Binge Binge

Okay.
So Ive been eating like wicked healthy lately. I eat no fried foods or anything. Ive done this for about 2 months.

BUT TODAY.
Is my sisters huuuuuge party. She has SO much food and its all my old favorite stuff. Everythings fried, and fattening, and full of sugar.
If I just eat tons of shit for ONE day, is that alright?
Like if I just jump back on the bandwagon tomorrow with eating healthy again?
I dont want one day to kill me.
Anyone do this before? How did it effect you?


YES. I am a health freak.

If I have a 'bad' day I just go to the gym for an extra half an hour the next day or eat super healthy
You'll be fine, don't worry. It's hardly going to make you obese.

no seriously, if you're such a health freak, why are you planning on being a fat hog at your sister's party? is she not going to have a deli tray with veggies and cheese & crackers or something lite? or are you just going to dive head-first in the bucket of fried chicken? if you're a health freak, then I'm sure you won't have any problems avoiding junk food, since junk food isn't healthy.

but it sounds to me like you're not really a health freak, but that you're afraid of the bad foods you used to love, otherwise you wouldn't be so worried about temptation.

if you pig out for one day, chances are you'll feel like shit because of it tomorrow - both physically and emotionally. but being bad can feel good, so why not live in the moment, fatass.

Just have a small portion of everything you really like. It's not going to be a huge deal if you binge for one day, but then you set yourself up to want to binge later plus you'll feel like shit. What you really want to do is taste everything, so have a small portion of all the food you want to have.

Just because the food is there doesn't mean you have to eat it all. Exercise some self-control and eat small portions. This will not be the only time you're in a situation where there's a lot of food around. There may be a lot of other times where you're surrounded by unhealthy food. You should be the one in control of your eating habits, not your environment.

its good to indulge on a rare occasion , if you dont u will go crazy ! just eat slowly so you dont get a bad stomache ache . if you are feeling guilty maybe go for a long walk afterwards . have fun at the party
