Okay.
So Ive been eating like wicked healthy lately. I eat no fried foods or anything. Ive done this for about 2 months.
BUT TODAY.
Is my sisters huuuuuge party. She has SO much food and its all my old favorite stuff. Everythings fried, and fattening, and full of sugar.
If I just eat tons of shit for ONE day, is that alright?
Like if I just jump back on the bandwagon tomorrow with eating healthy again?
I dont want one day to kill me.
Anyone do this before? How did it effect you?
