i'm hurting this week too because the new run i do includes 1.5 mile of uphill (not crazy vertical hike hills but enough that it's pretty crazy for me). and so my muscles aren't used to having to work that hard. i find i'm a little stiff at night but other than that, the pain is not truly painful. just bothersome.

7 days in a week. run 2 take 1 off to recuperate...run 2 more etc. you are still running 5 days in any 7 day period. muscles have to have rest to grow and your muscles have to grow to support gains in cardiovascular endurance.

also running a lot is hard on your joints over time..and running on worn out muscles is hard on your muscles...its just asking for injury. running is not the most preferable form of cardiovascular exercise/training in my book...but if you must do it....don't overdo it or do it in pain just to do it.

nobody said to do it everyday without a break. just that you can run while a bit sore. not in dire pain. there's a difference.

Doesn't barkstonwills only have one leg anyway? Or is that just a cyber myth?

Not a cyber myth. We had a joint double chop off together, his leg and my *****. Two for the prize of one since both were the same size and girth.
