it's lyle mcdonald's protein sparing modified fast. it's a crash diet designed to lose the most amt of fat in relation to muscle. there have been variants of this diet since the 70's.
eta: clinics and hospitals will use this on the obese if there is a health condition that warrants quick weight loss. lyle designed it for non fatties.
but i assume it will work well for me.

coffee/milk
mini salami sandwich
carrots, cu***ber, red bell pepper strips with sour cream/ranch powder dip
2 slices ice cream cake for my boss's birthday
2 mini scones
some baked cheese puffs
cereal/milk
i made a pizza too. i googled a recipe for a pastry like crust since i don't have yeast to make a real pizza crust, nor do i feel like taking that much time to do one. i halved the recipe so it ended up being a really tiny pizza but because of the crust it was pretty rich (just flour, salt, 1/3 cup oil, and 1/3 cup milk). next time i'll add a little more salt and probably some italian herbs as well.
we also made vanilla ice cream and pioneer woman's recipe for caramel sauce.
