Fish



Ive been a vegetarian for years but lately I have considered eating fish again to help improve memory. A close relative had alzheimers and I would like to prevent this as much as possible. I decided a few weeks ago not to go back to eating fish as I don't like the idea of eating a creature. I wouldn't want to eat shark, crab or lobsters either.

Do you think fish is important to your diet? I understand that fish contains mercury which is bad for you. I will be only eating fish to improve my health and memory, my memory is becoming very **** lately.

Well I mean there are other things you can do/eat to improve your memory/attempt to prevent alzheimer's, but I have been a vegetarian most of my life and took up fish in the past months...and well, you know...they don't have any feelings, so it's all good.

Can't you just take cod liver oil tablets? I think it is the oily fish that helps your brain anyway so you won't need to have crab or shark or lobster.

just eating fish wouldn't do anything. you have to practice using your memory. there's a reason people who have been retired for years go faster than those who work forever

although it would probably be better if they did calculus.

also you shouldn't drink alcohol or smoke mary jane pots.
