joining a gym

i decided now that i'm a teetotaler that i'd focus on getting fit.
driving trumping my walking, my daughter growing up and needing me less, and hermit like qualities have lessened my muscles.
i don't need to lose weight, overall i just want to be toned as.

i also decided to not only involve my daughter - i will hire us a personal trainer for the first couple months (until i know exactly what i/we need and how to do it right).

i will first follow the advice of, as recal put in her sticky thread, and get a proper physical first.

i'm looking forward to healthier years ahead, hanging out with my daughter in a positive environment, and having arms like madonna.

share with me your workouts, etc.

recommend gear as well.

mainly the right kicks. i own original saucony's, vans and chucks.
maybe the saucony's would work?

fitted work out pants/leggings are out of the question. i don't like that look.

I cant afford a gym. but I do exercise by doing yogalates at home. It has seemed to have worked, Ive been doing it every day this week. I feel much toner for doing it. My problem area is my legs, very chunky, hate them a lot.

i've just joined a gym after a long hiatus. i'm asking my friend who is a personal trainer for tips on how to get sexy. i lift weights and such.

i also do yoga about 2x per week. highly recommend.

also, despite the fact that its february, i've been bicycling around brooklyn.

that's how i stay fit.

you're a teetotaler now?

i figured if money could be spent on good beer every day of the week that money can now be spent on a gym...
