| | | The binge eater that can't eat I won't deny it, I binge eat, I'm terrible for it...quite ashamed. I eat loads, normally but for the past week the thought of food is making me feel sick. I havn't eaten for three days (minus a mango I had this morning...which, again, made me feel ill). Normally I have no trouble eating when I'm not hungry...now I'm not hungry. I've been working twelve hour shifts lately and even when I'm feeling as though I'm about to pass out (manual labour is shite...gotta quit this extra job) all I can manage is water. Anything falvoured and I feel like vomiting.
I don't have a massive problem with my weight or anything, just meal intakes, so I rule an eating disorder minus what was the normal binging (I've never brought myself to purge)

| | | I never actually considered the weather, I suppose work and the heat my body might be going on strike.
I came on my period yesterday, no baby this month so its not that,
wtf_happened, I usually eat when I'm bored but I guess I'm having less time for boredom but then that doesn't explain my new no meals policy. |

| | I'm not sure why you're not hungry, but not eating for 3 days might lead to a massive binge once you are finally hungry. I'd try to eat light meals frequently so this doesn't happen to you. After fasting for a little while, your hunger signals get dulled, so I'm not suprised that you haven't been hungry at all the past 3 days, but I have no idea what could have brought it on in the first place. |

What the fucks up with this? | the same thing happened to me when i worked long hours like that. id go all day without eating and never be hungry, but if i went out at nite after work (which was around 2 or 3 am) id eat a meal at denny's or something, but not be able to finish it, and that would be it. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
