couch to 5km is awesome. i can now run 5km and entered a mother's day 4km fun run. i never would've been able to without that awesome app going "bing" to run and "bing bong" to stop.

im not doing anything today and this isnt a prescribed rest day. i worry about getting lazy and my anxeity has helped me shove food in my mouth today.

in my defense! my knees have been killing me and i thought that rest between lifts would help.

but it doesnt explain why i am almost out of calories for the day and it's only 1:30 in the afternoon.

mine doesn't do any bings or bongs i don't think? but it does have a lady called laura telling me when to run and when to walk, and being all encouraging and stuff.

another jog/walk combo done today. doing that one once more on monday, and then moving onto the week 2 run.

You're using the same podcasts I used, they're good but some of the music is proper dire. Wait til you get to week 8 and have to hear the dreaded Julie song.
