i had the bright idea dont' ask me why, to do this ridiculousness. and when i hated it after rep 2 he made me finish all 5 sets:
Rear Delt Inverted Row
uh but now that i see this again, he made me do it much lower than that, which was harder. next time i'm doing it like the picture.
then we alternated all of this:
1. the dreaded row machine
2.
Lateral Step-up but with 10 lb dumbbells each hand
3.
Dumbbell Low Swing but with a 15 lb kettlebell instead of the dumbbell.
