asics are my favorite running shoes, too.

went to the gym this morning and did:
20 mins on the bike.
2 mins on the rowing machine.
20 mins treadmill, fast walking.
17 mins on cross trainer - I am meant to do 20 mins but gave up.

I am finding that I am very tired after exercising, why is this?
I also went to the gym yesterday too soon after a large lunch and nearly threw up, never again!

I may go to boot camp tomorrow and i like the personal trainer but I also would prefer to go to the gym again. My goal is to get into the swimming pool.

you did quite a bit of cardio there, so depending on the intensity, I'd say you probably should be tired. Does it last though, or do you find you kind of get a burst of energy a couple hours later?

What's your nutrition like before and after?

Swimming is supposed to be great for you. I'd love to do that as well eventually, but I have other goals at the moment that I want to reach.

omg dont you hate HATE it when a lift is weaker than the times before. its like wtf? i do everything right and i get this?!?!? lol

by next week i bet youre in the 190's for for reps.
Never heard of mad cow, but will check it out!

I might reduce my working weight for squats, and just do more reps. Doing "bizarre good mornings" is what I'm afraid of too...haha. As for bench, thanks for the encouragement, but I doubt I'll make much progress in the short term. I think I need a proper cage so I'm not freaked out about hurting myself.
