i am gonna either make myself a baked one or whip up some skins, i cannot decide.
i love cooking with potatoes, but sometimes i feel that i have very little options.
please post some awesome potato dishes that i can whip up in the future.

how best do you like them?

i like scalloped potatoes and roast potatoes, and sometimes (but only sometimes) mashed potatoes.

and guess what shanny? last night I had Butter Prawns (butter chicken but with prawns) and it was so yummmy.

and roasties. theres an all you can eat roast lunch pub up the road from me, sometimes i finish and then eat a plate full of roasties with gravy. fuck i can be gross sometimes.

well, i just made myself a baked potato.
i put butta, sour cream and cheddar cheese on it.
if i had onions & bacon bits, i'd put those bad boys on it as well.

my favourite thing at the moment is cutting them into wedges, covering them in oil, sprinkle with some caynenne pepper, put in the oven for 40min. and mmm...spicy wedges

The possibilities with potatoes are endless. One of my favorite foods. Whatever I do with them, I make sure they are always overdone just a little. :crunch:

i like to put chopped potatoes, carrots, onions, green & red peppers, sometimes some apples, some butta, italian salad dressing, garlic powder, and ground pepper in a baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes uncovered.

potato salad without gross egg/mayonaise/pickelshit:

boil & dice some red potatoes
slice some green onions
put some grainy mustard in a bowl and some olive oil and some red wine vinegar, smashed garlic, salt, pepperand fresh herbs if you have them, stir it up to make a vinagrette to toss the potatoes and onions with
