Solly, can you tell me how to do weight watchers, because I can't stand the idea of being in a room full of women I don't know & being weighed?
I have lost 4lbs by cutting snacks out & replacing them with APPLES.
And next week I start going swimming
which I love (except my eyes vs the chlorine)
Do you have to add up lots of points?
&can you eat meals that aren't weight watchers ones?
What are you trying to make with silken tofu?
I only ever use firm tofu, because I can't stand the texture of it too smooshy
