It has to be the one you buy at the Chinese shops, not the one from the health shops... they're entirely different.
And you have to grind really long. A hand mixer works, too.

And next week I start going swimming which I love (except my eyes vs the chlorine)

Do you have to add up lots of points?
&can you eat meals that aren't weight watchers ones?

What are you trying to make with silken tofu?
I only ever use firm tofu, because I can't stand the texture of it too smooshy
I was trying to make chocolate mousse but it made me feel sick and i never want to talk about it again. I just made banana bread-that was the third and ONLY successful pudding i have made today-and only 4 pro points per slice! Amazing!

Shelly! You don't get weighed in front of anyone else FYI! Everything is done by "pro points" and basically unless you are mega mega fat you are allowed 29 points per day (USE THEM OR LOSE THEM! You can't save them up) and 49 extra per week. You work out your points based on Protein, Carbs and Fat, which you do with your little wheel that they give you or an expensive calculator OR Weight Watchers Points Calculator! When you join up they give you a folder with little booklets in that help you out on the main stuff and give you tips. All fruit is free and most veg is as well (not potatoes or peas and some others i cant remeber) Going to the meetings is a total rip off, like £6.99 a week or something stupid and i've only been to two and they were embarrassing, but i DO SUGGEST if you want to do it to go to one, get your starter pack then you can just do it by yourself?

weight watchers meetings are so ridiculous. the meeting i went to a few times had this one lady that looked like whatever happened to baby jane, old and with pigtails and knitting and stringing jingle bells together, very weird. and also this other lady that was always talking about herself and her taking her kid to target and oh i'm so good because i ate oatmeal at target instead of getting some fatty dish and i was all the time thinking wtf are you doing that you need to eat at TARGET? like she couldn't bear to be someplace without getting something to eat.

super annoying so i stopped going. at home on your own is the best way.
