I gave my latest state of affairs in the other thread but I'll put it in here so I can refer to this post as my (thousandth) starting point. Also I haven't truly decided on targets so I need to do that.
Start weight: 147 lbs
1st goal for end of April: 135 lbs (so shooting for about 2lbs/wk over 6 wks
2nd goal for end of May: 129 lbs (so about 1.5lbs/wk for 4 wks)
These are probably the most ambitious targets I've ever set myself. I'm actually starting to doubt myself as I write. I never aim to lose more than 1lb/wk because I'm too lazy to even try hard. But I know once I step on the scales after the first week and see the results, it'll give me the push onwards.
