What have you eaten today? - 2011



yesterday:

1 turkey sausage
1/2 high fiber english muffin
1 slice 2% american cheese
2 slices frozen pizza
2 T ranch powder mix and sour cream
shrimp ****tail with horseradish/ketchup
gerber baby turkey sticks
homemade turkey soup with turkey, yellow squash, tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, elbow macaroni, onion, chicken broth, spinach leaves, sage
no bake chocolate oatmeal cookies
pink champagne

and my absolute new favorite food in the whole world - kabocha squash. i roasted it with aunt jemima syrup, brown sugar, and butter. BEST FOOD EVER! and only about 30 cals per 3/4 cup serving, tons of fiber, tons of vitamins.

later two more.

nausea. lots of nausea.

for dinner i had
2 eggs
2 slices of cheese
1 slice of wheat bread

(hopefully my mother in law won't buy any more of this ****. bc my wheat consumption is now totally out of hand. next thing you know. ill be eating cake. : skull:)

then i took a two mile walk. i absolutely hate feeling nauseous, and since rest and a proper meal didnt help, thought id try walking a few miles. it did help, but now i have pelvic pain

now i am eating more cheese bc im hungry and nothing is helping anyways. i would really love to eat some veggies right now, but we ate them all. i have to go the the grocery store. pretty soon all we will have left is that ten year old jar of marmalade.

so far this morning:

8oz iced latte
8oz iced mocha
2 cinnamon sweet rolls
1 chocolate chip muffin
2 egg, cheese & sausage english muffins
2 cups (16oz) of coffee w/ lactose-free creamer

yesterday:

1 cup of 'bedtime tea', which i think is just chamomile and green tea and something else/ caffeine free
loads of water

is there anyway we can get a new thread for 2011?

w/ all the 2011 posts from this thread moved there?

i want to be on the ball about what i eat this year.

so then in the future when people ask me what kinds of food i like i won't just draw a blank. you know?
