remember when i cared about what i ate? and worked out everyday?
that was a while ago.
nowadays i'm mostly just doing a bang-up job at the eating part, and skipping the caring and running part.
i'm gonna get it back together in 2012 though. and i haven't gained any real weight in my time off (only prednisone puff weight, which will go away when i'm done with this cycle of that ****), so i don't feel bad.
today i ate:
- curried chickpeas w/ brown rice
- cu***ber, cilantro, green onion, dried cherries, salad
- 2 big hunks white chocolate peppermint bark
- 9 almond roca pieces
- 30-40 pistachios
- 1/2 a club sandwich and 1/2 an order of fries (at 8:00am)
but now i eat everything in this handy compartment tupperware.
then your foods NEVER TOUCH. and are all portioned. and organized looking.
everyone should get some.
