did you like it? it looks like you need to be strong and elegant. i am definitely not elegant.
there is a trainer at the local gym here who teaches the body pump class and i want him to be my trainer. he is HUGE. HUGE HUGE muscles. im going to tell him what i want out of it is to be able to squat 100 lbs more than i weigh.
oh i ate **** again today
coffee with creamer
2 eggs
6 slices bacon (this brand cooks up so tiny. wtf)
ham slices
2 servings of malteasers
one green and black mini chocolate bar. the ginger one. yummy.
caramel corn
bowl of roasted normandy veggies i bought frozen.
they are ok enough that ill use the bag. it will save money and time using frozen precut mix bags like this. its a HUGE bag for 5 bucks.

i did tai chi for 2 years in high school, instead of PE.
i'm not gonna lie, it totally kicked ***.
probably because the class literally consisted of 30-40 middle aged to elderly asian people and was proctored by a 80 year old REALLY JOLLY chinese man.
didn't really burn any calories, but it was an hour of relaxation and bizarre storytelling/narration of the motions you're doing "ok, now you carry tiger over the mountain, and WARD OFF [evil]!" annnnddd spread white crane in the wing, then find needle at bottom of the ocean... find low... breathe.... imagine sea wind"
i highly recommend.
i do that class with you, bm!

coffee
ham usual
brownie/candy usual
a few spoonfuls of tuna salad which was nothing more than tuna and olive oil mayo
7 crackers
1 homemade attempt at a dos hermanos new mexican style breakfast burrito...i think i came pretty close! (1 flour tortilla, 1/4 cup fat free refried beans, 1 small yellow potato quartered and sauteed in a tsp of butter, salsa verde...not the same as hatch green chiles but good enough, sour cream, a bit of shredded cheese, 2 slices oscar meyer ready cooked bacon)
2 crescent rolls w/ tsp of butter
piece of homemade bailey's white choc fudge (calculated this to be about 6.5 pts) and btw it is ****ING AMAZING and totally effective, like you cannot possibly make yourself eat more than one piece at a time.
a little scoop of some failed maple & pecan fudge (not sure how much but prolly the equivalent of what would have been an actual piece of it, which I calculated at 4 pts so i'll go with that)
four pieces of chocolate. again. i need to stick to two. (4 pts)
so 14.5 pts for the day pretty much entirely in sugar form. i'm probably gonna call this day a write-off and have a little drink tonight too, which i'll count points on later after the fact.
also missed step class due to snow so this week is not working out too well for me and exercise classes. weather keeps happening.
