Okies, since no one answered my original question above. I'll ask this instead?
Do you need to eat to lose weight?
I've put on 14lbs. And, my diet is not working.
I hate being fat.
Some girls here are really slim. I exercise, I go on long walks thru the dog parks.
But, I'm putting on weight. This is really strange because I never put on weight.
I just want a flat tummy. I look pregnant!
I tried sit ups, for one year, but that did not get rid of my belly.
In fact, I'll be honest, I'm over 13 stone. And I want to be 10 stone with a 28" waist.
I bought some trainers. And my blood gave me jogging pants.
Should I run? Not sure I should in case of the damage.
