-spinach and romaine with a bit of feta, onion, and a mixture of a little ranch and balsamic vinaigrette
-fiber brownie and candy usual
-layer dip i made with fat free refried beans mixed with salsa verde, cayenne pepper, and ***in and topped with sour cream, more salsa, part skim moz cheese (i didn't have any cheddar or jack), and some sliced black olives
-these really good locally made tortilla chips made with cactus juice so they were green. i will so buy them again (found at the dollar store produce section today!)
-salad with iceberg lettuce, chopped braeburn apple, finely diced yellow onion, blue cheese, and the ranch and vinaigrette mixed together
-a few baked bbq chips

half english muffin with veggie cream cheese
chicken sandwich on ten grain bread with lettuce tom and a mountain of clover sprouts.
bowl of clam chowder.

it's been a while since i could bring myself to eat right due to cir***stances, so i'm pleased although the voice in my head is telling me it's wrong wrong wrong. i'm dodging tht voice though for the most part. grief doesn't mean starvation.

i'm finally over pneumonia. so i forced myself to work out today, instead of lay in bed for 2 more hours watching Unsolved Mysteries, hosted by the incomparable Robert Stack.

- giant spinach salad w/ peppers, olives, cu***bers, and dried cherries
- 16' in whole wheat lavash w/ bit of hummus
- babybel gouda cheese
- 3 giant ladelfuls of oatmeal w/ cinnamon, soy milk, and grated apple
- 2 shots of vodka

minus 30 minutes high impact aerobics.

Okies, since no one answered my original question above. I'll ask this instead?

Do you need to eat to lose weight?

I've put on 14lbs. And, my diet is not working.

I hate being fat.

Some girls here are really slim. I exercise, I go on long walks thru the dog parks.

But, I'm putting on weight. This is really strange because I never put on weight.

I just want a flat tummy. I look pregnant!

I tried sit ups, for one year, but that did not get rid of my belly.

In fact, I'll be honest, I'm over 13 stone. And I want to be 10 stone with a 28" waist.

I bought some trainers. And my blood gave me jogging pants.

Should I run? Not sure I should in case of the damage.

Didn't get to go as high winds messed up everything all day today. But it was supposed to be this class BODYBALANCE Group Fitness Program - Les Mills United Kingdom which is basically a tai chi/yoga/pilates combo. Today's food:

onion omelette w/ baked beans

tomato & lentil soup
2 slices wholemeal bread (2 pts)
muller light yogurt

broccoli pasta bake
muller light yogurt

3 pieces chocolate. there is a bar of white in the house and it's kind of tough to resist, i had one of those as well as my two advent calendar pieces. i like having my little doses of choc everyday. (3 pts)

5 pts for the day.
