Yesterday was like the worst ever hangover. All shaky and weak and feverish. So I spent most of the day sleeping it off rather than doing all of the necessary eating.

100g oven chips (1 pt)
Cheese omelette
2 muller light yogurts

And that was it. This morning was my weekly weighing moment again and I am down 1 lb overall since last Monday (again, in reality it was 1 lb up and 2 lbs down) and this is now the lightest I have been since early 2007 when I had a fairly significant weight gain. 8 lbs to go or thereabouts until I get rid of that. I actually can't really believe this is happening, I have had this extra bit of chunk on me for 4 years and finally I might be getting rid again after all these years of talking about it.

okay well the scale may not be reflecting as much as i'd like it to show as far as losses, but the gym is certainly paying off. today i am wearing a pair of pants i wore pre-pregnancy and i only have a slight muffin top from it. but i'm wearing a billowy top to cover it up.
