Baked beans

Muller light yogurt

Cup of homemade sweet pepper pasta sauce
Cup of pasta shells

probably about 8 cubes of cheese
loads of pickled onions
i have no idea how much i drank but i'll guess about 8 vodkas with diet coke (20 pts)

I wasn't supposed to be drinking this weekend but was reminded of this party at the last minute. oh well.

about ten thousand gallons of water. i wstart getting really thirsty when i eat clean.

did tabatas of squats, pushups and situps. now i feel like im gonna burn up. i have a fever totally related to my muscles crying from being used in that manner. also hiked a couple miles around grindstone lake.

27 grams of frosted mini wheats (i'm in love with my food scale)
1/3 cup 1% milk
1/2 a skinny cow candy
graham crackers w/ bit of peanut butter
1/2 cup fingerling and purple potatoes from lemonade restaurant - potatoes were mixed with creme fraiche and fresh dill
1 turkey panini w/ chipotle bacon mayo, blue cheese, avocado and arugula from same restaurant
some sips of blueberry mint lemonade
another skinny cow candy

few spoonfuls of vanilla ice cream
bite of extra sharp cheddar cheese
