I didn't vote because it all depends. Like you, I have cats (3!) and so if it is something me or my bf cooked for us, I can't really freak out about it. (They are all white, so you can tell when its a cat hair). But if I was at someone else's house, I don't know. I don't think that's ever happened to me, but if it's food from a restaurant or something (I can't remember the last time this happened, but it has. ) I won't be finishing it and I won't be eating there again.

well one time at a festival i had got some rice.i found a hair in it and was repulsed and was going to toss it but just removed the hair and ate like maybe 2 more bites then found another hair and tossed it.i kept thinking to myself i hope it isnt a pubic hair for no one knows exactly what part of the body the hairs are from for certain.i know i should have took it back and asked for my money back but i dont like causing a scene and having a confrontation.i think i would have tried to wrap it up in a napkin(the remaing food with the hair in it )and then tossed it.you could have said can i take the rest home with me then tossed it.one time i was at my aunts and didnt like what she had and did that and she was gross and went into the trash and confronted me about it and said i should have given it to her dog.the bad thing about hair is they fall out its natural.like how many times do you find hair on your pillows not to mention your lovers hairs.the worst thing is hair during oral sex.if you get one in your mouth you have to stop and try and find it and remove it for no one wants hairs lodged in their throats.however some people arent grossed out by hair and all like some meat eaters eat deer meat with hair and skin etc.one hair thing i try and do is look at the color of it to try and determine where it came from.look on the bright side though atleast it wasnt a fingernail(which is where 90 percent of the bacteria on the body is found -in the nails)or finger chunks.remember on the news some people tried to say that at the restaurant they ate a piece of a finger and it was phony.

maybe the solution is for everyone to be bald and shave their entire body.
