In fact, I can't say I find her 'fat' pictures to be all that bad. I'd be pretty gutted if I was at that weight, but I really don't think she looked too bad. Obviously she looks better now, but such a big deal has been made out of something that doesn't even strike me as all that serious.

It's just the fact that she seemed to almost balloon overnight at an alarming rate, which of course is easy to do. In contrast to how athletic she was before she was almost unrecognisable. I admire the dedication it took to lose the fat fast, just like Jack Osbourne in his show "Adrenaline Junkie" show which I have to say was very impressive. Once you immerse yourself into that mindset the results are amazing. Weight loss fascinates me because you truly have to really mentally change your mindset and "get in the zone" as it were.
It's like in Jack Osbourne show when he had to do those gruelling Thai workouts on little fuel (food) and was physically chucking up and then getting back in the ring, battling against the hunger pains. After months of this intensive training and colonics he looked great it has to be said. Apparently practicing yoga helps you to stay on track and reduces hunger pangs, possibly because it focuses on breathing etc.
I remember Janet Jackson on the Jonathan Ross show a couple of years back when she was in peak shape and she seemed so together and centred. Its strange how food control and binge eating is linked to our emotions. Anyone that can turn it around is inspirational.

For someone without a daily job, that kind of weight loss is possible. If she had a trainer pushing her for hours a day and truly stuck to a strict diet, she could do it. And it doesn't look like a coke body or a diet pill body. She's obviously been working out a LOT. Of course we don't know that it's exactly 60 lbs because chances are she's not going to release the exact figure to the media, why would she? It's not a matter of public concern. But by looking at her body and knowing she was seen with her trainer a lot I think she did it herself. Also you have to be 100 lbs overweight to get a gastric bypass, I don't think she had one of those.

you've got a point.

i was thinking, would your body even let you do it that fast without breaking down and looking horrible though.

but then again 60 divided by 16 weeks, thats a little under 4 pounds a week on average. meh.... still crazy (isnt 2 what they say is tops for 'sensible"? thats what my mom always said shes a trainer), but i GUESS if you can endure 2 hours of cardio six days a week plus lets just say like at least an hour of weights/ specificed exercises too and keep it up, i guess thats possible. if thats all she had to do and she could lounge and read the rest of the day and sleep 9 or 10 hours, i think maybe it might be doable. i think i could probably do it, if i was eating just enough to where i didnt feel starved when working out. in fact if it was between doing that, and having a regular job with doing non-celebrity day to day shit, i would LOVE to do the extreme working out
