I can eat eggs when they are disguised as an omelette.

It makes me feel so SICK INSIDE to look at raw or underdone eggs though. You know when it's sort of jelly like around the yolk? That really, really upsets me.

Inspired by this post I decided to day to have a hard boiled (alas chicken) egg with soldiers and some celery salt. Attempt one was soft-boiled by accident and I had a freak out and binned it (can't be dealing with them unless they are rock hard). Second attempt worked pretty well but it would have been so much better if they'd be quails eggs.

Which reminds me that I really want to try a plover's egg. People always seemed to be eating them in Victorian times but I have NEVER seen them and I just googled them and no fruit either. Just this picture:
