skimmed milk and honey.
Apparantly drinking a glass of skimmed milk with a teaspoon of honey every night before bedtime, stops sugar cravings and speeds up the metabolism.

Im not a big fan of honey, but i might give it a try. Anyone heard of this before?

the honey thing has been mentioned before on here, pre-hack maybe.

i was going to give it a go so i bought some honey from poundland but it really mings so i will maybe buy more and try again if someone said it worked.
