| tilapia is fairly inexpensive where i am (was MUCH cheaper in texas, but still on the cheap side here) and its a good grilled fish.
i also love mahi mahi. with mahi mahi, i do the kosher salt and cracked pepper, cook over med high heat in a bit of butter and then add some tequila and triple sec and let cook covered for a while. super moist. the sugar from the triple sec adds some crunch and its excellent broken up and put into fish tacos with queso fresco or sour cream and tomatillo sauce.
