Best Ways to tone lower body half

I am looking for fast and effective ways to eliminate lower body fat as this is the area I carry my weight. Any advice/ideas? I already go to the gym 4-5 times a week but maybe just need to step things up a bit. I would like my legs to be a lot slimmer but I only ever seem to consistently lose weight from my top half which is very annoying! Advice?

Hmmmm I lost a lot of leg and butt in a few months. I drive a couple miles on a bike every day, I also am a hiker. Did a 9 mile one yesterday. I think the biking helps. Whether it's a real moving bike or a stationery. It doesn't do anything to tone your stomach though . . . . which sucks

Talking "spinning", you have to combine it with Pilates, that's what I do.
Breathing in, suck your tummy in. Breathing out, flex belly. Take long and deep breaths, do it consciously. It goes automatic after a while.
