Day 1-
Last I ate was 10am, I had two poptarts and some coke. As of tonight i've whipped up my first batch of the good juice. I'm mostly concerned at the moment how much money I'm going to have to blow on this damn canadian maple syrup
As far as taste goes, I really.. really like the cayenne pepper. I may even toss a little more into the next batch.
I'm attempting the cleanse.. hopefully for 10-14 days but I may falter. I'm pondering eating fried veges of the night for dinner but we'll see how I feel in 24hours. That's a bit beyonce, though I intend to keep up my workout regime.
My stomach and arse have gone terminal of late so I'm trying something a bit drastic.. and am hoping to drop 10-15 pounds
I'll keep y'all updated, i'm a little worried about getting to sleep feeling hungry, but lately i've slept so little with insomnia i'll assume i'll passout soon.
This maple syrup is fucking DELICIOUS though. I may water down the next batch a little too, I made 1.25 litres with two medium size lemons, (125ml, about 9 tablespoons) and equal amount of maple and about 1.5 teaspoons of cayenne.
I've also gathered me some sea-salt and will possibly attempt the salt flush tommorrow night or the night after. I really don't want to do it while I still have recently eaten food in my system.
edit: and Champers will hate me.. I haven't quit smoking.. i'll reaccess that after 3 days
