so the question is like how can i not just eat six slices of whole grain bread every day? because i think eventually that'll make me really mad. like in one day. so what else can i eat? am i gonna have to start eating quinoa? how do you eat that? please don't ever tell me to put raisins in anything.

quinoa can be used instead of rice i reks, but its not so tasty so i would use stock cube or seasoning and thinggsss???
