so i guess i have to eat all these WHOLE GRAINS now

six or more servings a day? by god.

so the question is like how can i not just eat six slices of whole grain bread every day? because i think eventually that'll make me really mad. like in one day. so what else can i eat? am i gonna have to start eating quinoa? how do you eat that? please don't ever tell me to put raisins in anything.

please tell me about how to eat a shit ton of whole grains when i don't usually.

cereal, all bran
that will take care of about 2-3 slices of needless bread.
Potato or apple peels, bits of veg/fruit ppl throw away, eat it instead.

well, you could have a whole meal sanwich
porridge for breakfast or flapjack for snack?
brown rice with your dinner
quinoa can be used instead of rice i reks, but its not so tasty so i would use stock cube or seasoning and thinggsss???

but really most people don't really follow these guidelines when they're with child? i mean i'm sure my mom didn't and look how great i turned out. i just get paranoid because i think i have an old shitty womb. i keep thinking any morning now i'm gonna wake up and its gonna be running down my leg.
