1st of July. Brand new month. (Brand new quarter, even). Brand new thread.
Is anyone else still going with or wanting to kick into some weight loss banter?
Let's get some inspiration happening in here. Nothing makes me shit my pants like seeing other people doing great with a good healthy eating and exercise plan.
Anyway, I'm 8 weeks in. Started out at 155, now at 147, so down 8 lbs. A pound a week, on average, which I feel ok about. Still not bored of the "diet food". Still not feeling like I'm doing without.
Started plateauing like a motherfucker, so I've had to kick it up a notch, bringing the wine consumption down to sensible levels and getting some salads down my neck for lunch.
I'm letting myself down on the exercise front, but am still trying to get out for 40 min brisk lunchtime walks.
