Tigz's thread seems to have trailed off.

1st of July. Brand new month. (Brand new quarter, even). Brand new thread.


Is anyone else still going with or wanting to kick into some weight loss banter?

Let's get some inspiration happening in here. Nothing makes me shit my pants like seeing other people doing great with a good healthy eating and exercise plan.


Anyway, I'm 8 weeks in. Started out at 155, now at 147, so down 8 lbs. A pound a week, on average, which I feel ok about. Still not bored of the "diet food". Still not feeling like I'm doing without.

Started plateauing like a motherfucker, so I've had to kick it up a notch, bringing the wine consumption down to sensible levels and getting some salads down my neck for lunch.

I'm letting myself down on the exercise front, but am still trying to get out for 40 min brisk lunchtime walks.

the bf is actually doing his strict ass diet again starting today as well.

so i might be forced by association. it's probably a good thing anyway, i nearly died today during some physical fitness.

Zoloft got me all weighty last year (with a one-month weight gain of 35lbs.) and I've been working it off slowly, but now I've started exercising. Tried working out a few times but I never stretched so I always ended up gimpy and shitty. So I do these.
I cannot do crunches because I am a weak bastard, so I've started doing these ones instead.
And I'm doing squats with a 10lbs. dumbell in each hand. My friend told me I should be using 75lbs. I told him to go fuck himself.
I was going to do a gym thing but I'm flat broke and I don't need a musclebound leather-skinned macho twat telling me I'm a lazy bitch. I already know. It's why I'm doing this.

btw, what diet food, BM?
