Woohoo, thank you for this thread.

A few weeks ago, I had lost 5kg in a month by eating in moderation, avoiding candy and any kind of fast food, fried shit, etc. I'd drink a little alcohol but only on the weekends (beer when I was being bad, and champagne because it wouldn't make me feel as guilty). Random walks during the week also. One thing that was crucial to me was going to bed early, which was always a problem for me considering my caffeine habit. I basically just had a diet coke and a espresso a day, which is 10% of my caffeine intake in my unhealthy days, and slept much better, which means I wouldn't binge at night.

I was feeling super fine until I started feeling like shit recently due to many personal things, and I have been eating like crap lately. I feel guilty and start binging like a motherfucker. So bad. I believe I've gained at least 3kg in the past week. I need to do something about it because my eating affects EVERYTHING. So yeah, let's see how it goes this time.

i want to lose about five-ten pounds.

i've been smoking and drinking coffee instead of eating 75% of the time.

it's extremely easy and it is working out great so far. just thought i'd share.

that doesn't work for people with slow metabolism. if i did that i'd a) pass out or puke my guts out from being wired on nicotine and caffeine and b) the moment i ate something all 10 lbs would come right back.
