My mind is telling me that swimming would be a mighty good exercise. Even like... running in the water?
I'd like to tone myself up a bit, especially my stomach.
We have an exercise ball, so I might start playing around on that while I'm watching TV haha.
I do not want to lose weight though, because the slightest but of weight loss makes me look like I'm sick and people give me the whole, "Skin and Bones! Anorexia! Totally not taking care of yourself!" lecture.
