It's all I have. The weights are ginormous but they're only 2.5lbs. each. The bars weigh more. It's pretty shitty.

Is anyone else still going with or wanting to kick into some weight loss banter?

Let's get some inspiration happening in here. Nothing makes me shit my pants like seeing other people doing great with a good healthy eating and exercise plan.

Yesssss me. I've been eating lots and lots for years but it wasn't until now (18 years old) that I actually started gaining weight by that binging. So, the plan is less snacking and start excercising!

But the thing is, I hate sport. I really fucking do. The only thing I might enjoy just a little is swimming. Is this a good excercise to loose weight?

Oh, I'm 65 kilo's and like, 1 meter 70 or something. Just so you have an indication...
