results with weight machines?????

I keep hearing free weights are more beneficial, but they're also a pain in the ass.

Does anyone have a photo example of a guy with a good body, who only uses machines to work out?

Do weight machine bodies look shittier than free weight bodies? Could Daniel Craig have gotten his Casino Royale body from just machines, calithenics, ab work & diet (and no free weights)? What about Christian Bale in Batman Begins (or did he use steroids)?

The new bathhouse I'm going to has this gym set-up, so I'm thinking of taking advantage of it.

i was just moving from machines to free weights for some muscle groups when i tore my supraspinatus.

i'd heard free weights were good for all those minor muscles that work with the major ones and are needed for coordination and balance, but didn't play much part in aesthetics. but i don't have or want a partner to spot with so i was mostly stuck on machines.

but change is what motivated me. changing routines is important.

i like the idea of that control of strength though.
