Vegetarianism

I've been a vegetarian for around 18 months now - and I've noticed that my skin and muscle texture/feeling has changed completly. Has anyone else noticed a durastic change in their skin after a diet change.

I've been vegetarian for nearly five years. I think the change of diet seems to make the skin softer and clearer. Also I dont seem to eat much junk food because most of it contains meat

Dunno, I have been a vegetarian since I was 7 and I am 25 now and my skin was definitely better prior to 7 before all the spots and open pores! Puberty is probably more to blame for that then vegetarianism though.
